Looking forward to seeing you in the spotlight for your health and wellness efforts connected to Boston's 2024 Summer Olympics!

"I sought Reiki as a non-surgical solution to muscular and neurological degeneration as a result of contracting the Bell's Palsy disease at age 34. After 5 years of traditional western medicine and little recovery I figured it best to try an alternate therapy, Reiki.

Master Beef treated me on two occasions and what an improvement! Finally after many years I have some movement on the paralyzed side of my face and those once paralysed facial muscles can now form a smile once again. I love the Reiki energy, and would recommend sessions with Beef to everyone.  I know it works." - Kathy

Testimonial for Master Beef

"Master Beef is a true teacher. He combines his vast knowledge and years of experience and skill with keen obervation of and intuitive insight into each student. He watches carefully to fully absorb exactly where you are in the process of “getting” the lesson, both in mind and in body, often waiting for you to have your own first-hand “aha” experience so that you will truly feel a shift in awareness.  The work we do raises our awareness of our individual journey toward balance, toward an experience of fluency in both right brain and left brain, and of harmony of body/mind/spirit. He carefully prepares each class so that everything reflects the general purpose of that day’s lesson, ending each session with a natural reference to the beginning of class.
Master Beef teaches much more than a karate class, he teaches that the study of martial arts is a way to understand the very nature of being human, on both the outward and inward levels."

Beef, thanks so much fr presenting to the MAPAM group yesterday. All were quite impressed and enjoyed the experience. Great site, I'd love to take a class. It was nice to see you. Jeanne

"I began studying martial arts in 1999 and quickly became a regular in Beef’s Saturday morning class.  The classes were very focused on learning technique, providing a tough workout and learning the history of what we were studying.  Beef always took the time to make sure that all the students understood his teaching and he always made sure we got to feel the technique being done to us just so we would know how it was supposed to feel.  As I got closer to testing for my black belt, Beef made sure that I was included in his special class that helped soon to be black belts prepare for the test.  I am sure I would not have been able to get through the test had it not been for those special classes.  Unfortunately after I passed my black belt test I was not able to attend classes as often as I had in the past.  I had made a few attempts over the years to get back to that Saturday morning class that I love so much but it was hard for me to manage.  I had also been away so long that I was not up to speed on all my material.  The Master in the Morning classes changed that for me.  I am able to review some of my material and learn new techniques.  Even though I am a black belt, martial arts experience is not required in this class.  Beef caters the teachings to the students depending on what their goals are.  It is a wonderful way for me to ease back into martial arts and I am forever grateful that Beef is always willing to teach me what he has learned. Great site sir. I study at Villari's Enfield studio under Mr Andrew Schlechtweg. Is it possible to get a copy of the poster in your office? Thanks - all the best Ed

Master Beef Mazzola who is one of the teachers I have been most thankful for. After a five year long neurological disorder, I was covered in bruises from walking into things. Beef created a series of exercises to build my left/right coordination. Now I'm a fairly functional second degree black belt :o). Thank you to Beef and all the awesome instructors at Villari's! - Karen
